By accessing or using the services provided by Hostlag ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our hosting, domain, and related services.
Hostlag provides web hosting services including but not limited to shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, reseller hosting, domain registration, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase or renewal. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and other methods as displayed during checkout.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Hostlag strives to maintain 99.9% network uptime for all hosting services. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA commitment, affected customers may be eligible for service credits. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations. Credit requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.
We take your privacy seriously. Personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Nigerian data protection regulations (NDPR). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, firewalls, and regular security audits.
While Hostlag performs regular automated backups, we strongly recommend that customers maintain their own independent backups. Hostlag shall not be held liable for any data loss. Backup restoration is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to maintain payment. In case of suspension, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an opportunity to rectify the issue. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Hostlag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify customers of material changes via email.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
